Passing of our friend Zoltan “LegInfantry” Szossolly.

It is with a heavy heart that I advise everyone of the passing of our friend Zoltan “LegInfantry” Szossolly. Zoltan was diagnosed with Liver Cancer recently and although he was a fighter it consumed him at a fast pace. CITO 2015 a huge success!

The CITO (Cache In Trash Out) held on April 25 and 26 of 2015 was a huge success. Members of the Geocaching community were greeted by *Jeremy* and members of the Flushing Meadows-Corona Park Conservancy* as they arrived. The Flushing Meadows-Corona Park Conservancy took this clean-up very seriously and had a few planning meetings with *Jeremy* and LegInfantry. Conservancy President Jean, who was unable to attend because of a prior family commitment, made sure the proper permits were filed, and left us snacks, water and Nifty Nabber trash grabbers to pick up the trash. Even though she was out of state, she made sure to contact *Jeremy* both days to make sure the events went well.  Jean is now a Geocacher and enjoying our hobby. The walk-though Prior to the events a walk-through of the Pat Dolan Trail at the Willow Lake Preserve looked pretty clean. *Jeremy* and Jean were worried that there would not be enough trash to accommodate the Geocachers’ efforts.  This was mentioned at a Conservancy meeting and some questioned why *Jeremy* wanted to see trash on the trails. *Jeremy* explained that Cachers were taking time out of their day to help out and there should be some work to do.
